DETMAR Corporation (“DETMAR”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that its products will be free from defects in the materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve months from the date of original purchase. If any DETMAR product is used commercially or in any rental or other income-producing activities, then this warranty is limited to 90 days from the date of original retail purchase.

This limited warranty does not apply to any product that has been improperly installed, which has failed or been damaged due to accident, unreasonable use or neglect or which has been repaired or modified by persons other than DETMAR. This limited warranty is also void for any products used on an engine/boat combination judged by DETMAR to be an inappropriate application of its product.

DETMAR will at its sole discretion, repair or replace without charge any product not meeting this limited warranty which is returned freight pre-paid within the warranty period along with proof of purchase to DETMAR Corporation, 2001 West Alexandrine, Detroit, Michigan 48208. DETMAR products found to be covered by this limited warranty will be repaired or replaced and shipped freight collect to the customer.

NO EXPRESS OR LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABLITY SHALL EXTEND FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME GREATER THAN TWENTY-FOUR MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitation of how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES. DETMAR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COST OR DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
